1969 Chevrolet C10 Short bed with '67 front clip.
Goodmark cowl hood : https://www.summitracing.com/parts/gmk-4143-200-691
Staggered wheel setup — 17" Vintiques Steel on the front and 18"s on the back
Continental ExtremeContact tires, wider ones in the back. Chrome Chevy logo caps.
New standard springs in the front with 2†drop spindles.
New control arms as well. Handles like a car:https://www.summitracing.com/parts/CLP-6372TCALKB48
Custom exhaust out the back with Borla mufflers. Sounds mean, but not obnoxious. When you step on it, you’ll know. Very healthy sounding note, H-pipe configuration.
Power steering and power brakes. New seatbelts, Dakota Digital dash. Ididit polished tilt column with Billet steering wheel.
Heater and defrost work great, same with the windshield wipers. Dome light inside of cab also functions perfectly.
Recent temp controls, very clean recent interior including bench seat, carpet, visors and rubber. A couple of small chips in the paint on the glovebox, overall VERY clean.
Recent new windshield and back glass.
Inside bottom of doors have some VERY SMALL rust spots, very typical to see in these trucks, minor, easy fix.
New rocker panels.
The hood doesn't sit quite right, see gap on the driver's side. It is the correct hood, but will require some adjusting to lay correctly. Just haven’t gotten around to it.
All lights (taillights and markers) have been replaced with LED. Hot rod black paint, wearing off... keep as is or paint it how you want. Decided not to paint before sale, as this truck is your blank canvas to do anything you want. Minor surface rust on wiper cowl... no big deal, but worth mentioning. Sand it or buy a new one for about 150 bucks
No rust otherwise, undercarriage is good. Easy to blast clean and paint if you want.
Engine sounds AMAZING and runs like a champ. 383 stroker fresh build as of 2017, 6827 miles to be exact. Solid 350 turbo tranny from a very nice vintage Camaro.
MSD ignition controller -- starts from cold 1st try, always.
Massive aluminum radiator, never overheats.
Quick, reliable, tough as nails and very fun. Attenuated yet tough sound when cruising around town at lower speeds, with what I think is the perfect low end rumble… still sets off the occasional car alarm, but your uptight neighbors will probably not call the cops on you when you get home.
Mean and undeniably bad ass when you need to get on it, guaranteed to turn some heads and scare the heck outta the unsuspecting Prius driver.
Local pickup would be great. Any shipping/ freight will need to be handled by the purchaser, and I'm happy to assist.
