1966 Chevrolet Nova SS Resto Mod

For sale is this amazing 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS. This real (factory) SS, was built by Nelson Rosado of NR Hotrods in NY.

Prior to the drivetrain upgrade, the body had all new Floors, Cowl Hood, Doorskins, Rear Quarters, Bumpers, Front Fenders and Grilles installed. Also all new glass has been installed.

To help support the core of the vehicle, a Chris Alston Chassisworks front end kit was put into place.

The Engine:A 427 LS crate engine built by BluePrint Engines of Kearny, Nebraska. The LS7 stroker engine is pushing out 625hp. Features 6 bolt main, OEM block, forged crank, hydraulic roller cam, BluePrint 72cc aluminum heads and 11:1 compression. outside the engine there is a LS3 aluminum intake, 90mm DBW throttle body, 42-lb/hr injectors, a return-less fuel rail and Sanderson LS headers. Ron Davis cooling system with dual fans.

The Transmission:TREMEC T-56 six-speed from American Powertrain. Hydraulic clutch.

The Chassis:Global West frame connectors, manual rack-and-pinion, adjustible coilovers, full Detroit Speed QUADRALink with 4 1/2 inch mini tub kit. Ford 9'' rear with a Strange centersection and 4.10 gears.

Brakes:Complete set of Wildwood disc brakes with 13-inch rotors and six pistion calipers up front and 13-inch four piston setup in the rear.

Wheels & Tires:Schott Challenger wheels. Fronts, 18x7 with Hankook 215/40R18. Rears, 19x12 with Hankook 325/30r19.

Interior:Seats, door panels and carpet have been replaced in the correct SS trim. The dash has been modified with a custom AutoMeter gauge setup.
