Car description |

This 1954 3100 short-bed pickup truck was professionally mounted with a GM subframe. It has power steering, front disc brakes, modern front suspension, a ten bolt rear end, tilt and sits on a set of Corvette Rallys. The engine is a healthy 350 that has a brand new Edelbrock 750 on it. The 350 Turbo transmission shifts out smoothly. The truck has a new dual exhaust setup that sounds great. I have had the bench seat redone and I redid the door panels myself. The kick panels are the last thing that need to be recovered.
This is one cool Chevy that attracts attention no matter where it goes. I found this truck in Archie Missouri about three years ago. It was brought up from Texas in the early 2000's. It was purchased as a father and son project by the previous owner. The truck overall is real solid. The only bad spots are within the bed right behind the cab, a patch in the passenger side floor, and one small spot on the drivers side floor. My goal with the Chevy was to build it into an old patina shop truck that I could cruise comfortably in while having all the modern amenities. Something I didn't have to concern myself over scratching. It does have headlights, tail lights, and brake lights. It does not have turn signals nor a wiper setup on it. This truck is not perfect but it is a real solid cruiser that someone can put their final touches on while saving a lot of $. If I were to end up keeping it, I would definitely update the gauges as the current ones are not hooked up, different steering wheel, little things. While the engine in this Chevy is strong and powerful, it would make a great candidate for an LS swap. I do have a clear title in my name. Export assistance available.
