This Biscayne is half of a 2 car collection we have in our inventory. Both are legendary 427ci cars. This one is a ultra rare L72. Fewer than 200 are believe to have been manufactured and most were ran hard at the track. Somehow this one managed to rack up only a 2,493 miles. Believed to be one of only 11 to still exist. It is an absolute holy grail car if ever there was one. It was in amazing condition, but original cars have lots of part that are raw metal and unprotected. The paint is only factory paint and decades old at that. So in an effort to preserve this historic car, it underwent a concourse frame-off restoration to create the work of art you see here. Owned by a life-time car enthusiast that spared no expense to make sure this Biscayne was done right. It would be impossible to restore another car to this level without spending a small fortune.
