Car description

I love this car and had great plans for a full make over but I’ve been transferred out of country so I must sell it. It’s in great shape, run excellent and is a perfect candidate for a custom build or light restoration. Could easily be a nice driver too. It had side pipe on it when I bought it and they looked stupid so I took them off, so right now the car is way to loud to drive on the street. I haven’t driven it much in the past year it has been in storage waiting for the make over. It does run and drive, it stops and shifts and seems to be good mechanically but I haven’t had it on the open road as the tires are junk and there is no exhaust. The interior carpet is newNice aluminum wheelsAutomatic transmission shifts nicely.(I have the air cleaner only removed in photos)The dash is goodSeats need to be recovered BUT the drivers seat is power which is very rareInterior needs to be finished up but it’s pretty much ready to be a driver if you cover the seats and bolt them in and a couple plastic pieces put in.It DOES Have removable glass T tops and they are not cracked! That’s worth a lot of money in itself. There is NO rust or damage on the frame that I can findThe bird cage has NO visible rust and you can clearly read the VIN, no rust on pillars.Floor pans look good, no holes.
The only negatives I know about:I had it parked outside for a few weeks and someone must has backed into it very lightly but there is a small crack a couple inches long on the front passenger fender. There is no exhaustThe tires are dry rotted and junk even though there is a lot of tread. There is plasti dip on the whole car, it is not done well and needs to be removed. I have. A bottle of dip remover to go with the car.I don’t know how good the paint is it under the dip, but there are no signs of any damage or repairs other then the one small crack in the fender. There is no ignition key. Previous owner decided to convert it to start with a screwdriver.... so it will need a new tumbler and key.
I think this is a great start and that why I bought it. I just don’t have the ability to finish it.It has a clear New Jersey title BUT I have already had it inspected in a Florida so you can easily register it in either state or you simply need to have the VIN verified ITo register it anywhere else.Great car but it is not perfect and it will need to be towed and worked on before you put it on the roads. I don’t drive it, so consider it a project car. Come look at it.
