Car description |

Repainted back to its correct colors and to a nice driver-quality grade, this dialed-in Camaro arguably looks better in person than it does in its photos (especially when it's out in the sun), and that's no small achievement. Paint this glossy doesn't happen by accident, so lots of man of hours were spent sanding, smoothing, and aligning the panels before even a drop went on. The color itself is pretty much dead-on to the factory's Ermine White (although it may be a touch brighter) and it has a great contrast in the form of a black 'bumble-bee' SS stripe around the nose, along with hand-painted pinstripes on the top creases of its profile. Instead of over-dressing the car, it instead keeps a factory-correct SS hood with chrome inserts and a ducktail spoiler and lets the clean workmanship speak for itself. At this point, it doesn't really matter whether it is an original SS, but SS badges have been installed in all the usual spots, along with a blacked-out SS grille that perfectly complements the white-and-black color combination on this droptop. Beautiful chrome bumpers highlight the white paint and all the stainless was either polished or replaced when the car went back together, because it shines super bright as well.
If you're building a Camaro, you really can't go wrong with Deluxe black vinyl upholstery, and in this convertible, the black seat covers are a welcome match to the black convertible top and stripe set. Virtually everything inside this car is restored or replaced, including the seat covers, carpets, Deluxe door panels, and a gorgeous 3-spoke steering wheel that highlights the white paint. The dash was finished to match the condition of the rest of the interior, and it's further accented with woodgrain appliques in the center and middle console. Right now, you should also know about the 4-speed automatic transmission managed by the horseshoe shifter, the white-face SS console gauges, and the original AM radio that's inside the dash and actually still works. The black convertible top is real nice too and fits so well that it feels wrong to put it down and wrinkle it, but don't worry, the car also comes with a boot cover to keep things tidy when it is down. The back seat barely looks used, and the correct large-loop black carpet is in great shape as well, tying the whole cabin in nicely. The trunk is neatly finished with a correct plaid mat, and it houses a full-size spare just in case you ever need it.
For power, there's a fairly fresh 350 cubic inch V8 that was swapped in favor of this car's original six-cylinder, and it features a QuickFuel Double Pumper 4-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock Performer intake, and an upgraded cam that gives it an awesome idle, nice lope, and plenty of mid-range punch. But perhaps more significant than the engine's spec list is the slick look of the engine bay itself, which was carefully disassembled and each component was painted or polished, right down to the red plug wires. Plenty of billet aluminum and chrome adds some sparkle and the overall look is modern and clean, thanks in large part to the finned valve covers and bright air cleaner. Thermo-wrapped long-tube headers feed a custom dual exhaust system and give it a great sound and the undercarriage is solid and presentable as well. Power steering, power front disc brakes, and R134a A/C are great options in any classic car, and the 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission makes driving that much more pleasurable when you know you have overdrive. Factory-style GM Rally wheels have a traditional look and wear modern 225/60/15 white-letter BFGoodrich T/A performance radials.
Nicely restored and ready to rock, this turn-key droptop represents a lot of value for the hobby. Call us soon, because this good looker won't last long. Call today!

We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).

CONTACT: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.
INSPECTION: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it's important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
DRIVE IT HOME: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip.
