Chevrolet has only made about 400 California Customs in the entire history of the El Camino line. Manufactured in California's Lynwood plant, this vehicle came standard with what they called a 2/3rds Reverse Cowl Hood (ONLY used on California Custom Editions), 350 cubic inch engine - 4 bbl Holley Carburetor with a factory 3/4 cam setup, Factory Headers, 6-way powered Leather Bucket Seats (both sides), Padded Dash Panel, Extra Information Gauges, Power Windows, Tonneau Rear Cover, Custom Exhaust, Custom Tires and Rims, Tinted Windows and Adjustable Rear Load Air-Assist Air Shocks. Quite a unique factory vehicle in it's own right !!She runs out real well, shifts great - no issues, no "clunks", stays super cool even out during summer months here in Southern California. Got a "husky" (but not overdone) sound that definitely lets them know you're coming, (or just left :).
THE CAR, (other than the valve covers and air cleaner) IS 100 % ORIGINAL, NUMBERS MATCHING, UNMOLESTED VEHICLE IN GREAT SHAPE......door panels, carpet, seats, headliner, everything is in VERY clean condition with no rips, tears or excessive wear.
THIS WOULD MAKE A VERY KOOL WEEKEND CRUSIN' CAR OR AN EVERYDAY DRIVER. This car will NOT disappoint !!
