1964 Chevy C10 Restomod. Big Back Glass, Short wide bed. LS5.3, 4L60e Auto. Truck is Damage in the front. Frame horns bent infront of crossmember. I believe one cab mount is buckled as well. The drivers door is very hard to close as well. (see pictures) Truck now has a salvage title.
This truck had a frame off, restomod restoration done 2 years ago.
The front Suspension is out of a 79 C10 with Disc brakes. Every peice of Susspension was powder coated before install.I added Old Air products AC, Hydroboost brakes, Fuel tank was located under the bed. It is a 89 Blazer tank with Aeromotive 340 fuel pump. All AN Fittings push type fittings. The wiring harness is AAW with a stand alone Engine harness from PSI conversions.
Tilt column from a 79 G10 Chevy van ( no key in the column) also have an extra Billet column that will go with truck.
The bed wood is new Yellow Pine .
Truck runs and drives (sterling wheel is off) I drove it 10 miles home from the body shop. Insurance Co totalled the truck due to the frame damage. I was on a 1500 mile road trip when the accident happened. I would take this truck anywhere. I put a lot of hearrt and soul into this build and will surely miss it. But I want to finish my Camaro project.
