1970 Chevrolet Custom C-10 Texas SWB BBC truck. This is a original short wide big block truck. Its a original Texas. It has a little rust in rockers but not much. This truck is out of the dry Midland-Odessa TX area, Truck sat for many years until I bought it 12-13 yrs ago. This truck has been a daily driver since then until this past year until we moved. So its been in the garage and just driven once a month or so. So the original BBC was pulled out and a late model vortec roller 454 was built and put into the truck to get all the late model roller valve train and dependability. The 454 was completely rebuilt. Had new carb, belts, hoses, radiator, fuel, exhaust system with flowmasters installed. The original TH400 was rebuilt with a small tci sat night special convertor and trans cooler. The truck was lowered with early classic lowering suspension. Had drop spindles, disc brakes, drop coils, shock relocation kit installed and pan hard bar. Has 3.08 rear gear with factory posi trac. Truck is a original p/s, a/c truck. Needs a a/c compressor for a/c. The truck is a pretty straight truck overall maybe a ding or dent but pretty dang straight overall. The rust is really just in the rockers. One or two spots might be nickle to dime size. Other spots are just pen holes. Theres mainly just rust stains on the truck from thin paint. Which would come off with a good car wash. Good patina driver overall. Pretty dang straight with a little rust. Cab supports are good, cab corners and fender pockets. Interior is decent. I have a extra grey late model seat to go with the truck and a extra original factory dash pad. Truck is not perfect but its a good patina driver. I have owned it for 12 yrs. Previous owner had owned it for like 28 yrs. So its not been a truck that has changed hands a lot. Nice patina truck sold as is. Please ask questions. I am going to try to post more pics. Or I can email more pics if serious about the truck. Buyer will pay shipping. Must have full payment with in 3 business days of close of auction.
