Car description

This is an Original 67 Corvette 427 L-71 435 Horse Convertible with 35,538 Original Miles. This is a Verified car and The Mileage is Correct. It is Maroon with The Original White interior. I have owned this car for 16 years and I do Not want to sell it but I might have to. The car Has all of the Original Born with Drive train, this is an Honest and Original car. and It Runs Great. The car is 435 horse Muncie 4-speed and 336 posi Rear . It also has 4 Original Bolt on wheels, the starburst centers are reproductions and there is no spare. I have the Original Protecto Plate for the car as well. It has the original Jack. This is a car that was not mickey moused and has only had 4 Owners till now including me. I have spoken to all previous owners. It was only driven for 2 years and was put on jack stands and never driven again till I bought it. When I bought it it had the Original owners name on the Original Pink slip, This is a Original western states car and has spent most of its life in california. The Interior on the car is all Original except the door panels were replaced. The Body on the car is Xlnt, It had the drivers door replaced in 1968 due to the owner backed it up and hit the garage and totaled the door. there is a small sand mark in the door jamb from the repair and I have tried to show it. The rest of the body is perfect except the front fenders have about a 4 inch area on the top that was shaved for bigger tires. The car has the Original horns and the bumpers are Awesome. The car has Unfortunately been repainted the wrong color. The car is Originally Lyndale Blue with white interior. the Owner before me painted it maroon to match his other car probably in 1970. It is lacquer paint and is in great shape but has a couple of spots that look like it was polished thin on the edges showing dark thru it. Not Very Noticeable. It does have a couple of areas on the right door jamb and a rear deck lid that the blue paint is showing. The Original Bolt on wheels are in great shape and look great. The Antenna is not the original one and the mast is broken off. Everything on the car works but the horns are somehow not working properly. As I say the car is an absolute Pleasure to Own and Drive. I Originally was planning to repaint the car the original color but it is so beautiful and in great shape I would not touch it. I have many pictures of the car but ebay only lets me upload 24 pix. The frame on the car is perfect and never damaged. It is starting to get some surface rust. It still has all if not most of the paint marks and tags on the springs. This car is for sale Locally and I reserve the right to end this auction earlyWinning bidder to pay Via wire transfer or Cash No Pay Pal within7 days of auction end. Please ask all questions before bidding.
