This truck is one of the nicest old trucks I have found. Bought new by Dacoma Oklahoma Schools in 1963. Sold to Marvin Melrose in 1969, he kept it until he was put in a home at 92 years old. I lived across the street from him. I remember the truck since I was 10 years old. Was garaged for the last 30 years. It has under 61,000 miles on it. Interior very nice, original seats and floormats. No rust on or under truck. Original paint. Motor is a 6 cyl. and 4 speed on the floor. I painted bumper and wheels, new tires, all hoses, belt, antifreeze, battery, changed oil, and checked out the truck. Put on 100 miles and it purrs like a kitten. Brakes were soft when first started, but getting better. The bed has a steel plate down, but you can take it out. The wood and steel straps are all there. There is a dent on drivers rear bedside behind tire. It has some dents, scratches, surface rust, but overall in super condition for its age. Its a great little truck! Call me with questions.
