1972 Chevrolet C20 Custom Deluxe Beautiful All Original - 402 4-spd

Beautiful C20 Custom/Deluxe 3/4 ton pickup. Not a C10 1/2 ton pickup - eBay did not have an option to select C20.

Factory original sheet metal and paint. Inside of box re-painted at some point and an area of paint on the hood/fender is thin with factory primer showing through. Super-solid Colorado truck with some dings and scratches over the 47 years but has never seen salt. Many factory options. Rebuilt factory original 402BB and factory original SM-465 manual trans. Looks better with current rebuilt corporate 14-bolt rear axle, but rebuilt factory original Dana 60 (posi) is included - no miles on rebuild. Engine and axle rebuilds done when I received the truck in 2005 with 77K miles on the it. Truck has been used and well cared for. MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE. Can be used as a truck, but I have taken it to some local car shows and received only positive comments. Factory paint marks on frame, body, core support, hood, trans still clearly visible. Factory original coolant hoses. Factory original front brake rotors and pads still good. Factory paper ID tag on throttle cable and front rotors still present. MANY more detailed photos available. Non-factory original items include re-manufactured AC compressor - needs recharge, 16" wheels - non split rims, steel plates welded on front frame for leveling camper, rear bumper, Kelsey Hayes hydraulic/electric trailer brake controller. Shipper broke antenna off when I had it shipped to me in 2005.

I used the truck to tow a sports car to weekend track events around the eastern US from 2006-2012. The truck starts & runs excellent. The truck drives nice and straight - but there is a control arm bushing in the front end making some noise. Factory radiator has had a slight weep but not enough to worry about since I got the truck. Truck has always been garage kept and will be garage kept until picked-up/shipped.

Stored 6 months per year in a car-bag during the winter, and only driven occasionally on nice days otherwise since 2012. Downsizing for retirement. Clear title in hand.
