1967 Chevrolet El Camino Base Standard Cab Pickup 2-Door 4.1L

For Sale is my 1967 El Camino. I bought this car last year from the original owners grandson. It was represented to me as having 61xxx original miles. I believe that to be true. It had been sitting since 1989. See the last pics for what it looked like when I bought it. ENGINE: SBC 355CID with sealed power pistons and moly rings. Pro Comp aluminum heads and Erson roller rockers. Comp Mutha Thumpr cam. ictor Jr intake and Holley 700 CFM double pumper. It also has a new MSD distributor. coil. 6AL. and 8. 5 MM wires. It got new water pump. T-stat. GM reproduction hoses. belt. boiled out radiator. Energy neoprene engine mounts during the engine install. This engine runs cool and with good oil pressure. It is very reliable. I have driven this about 1000 miles since it was finished. TRANSMISSION: Muncie M 20 with Hurst linkage. It has an original 621 bell housing with a new 11" Zoom clutch assembly. New Energy transmission mount. REAR : Stock 10 bolt with 3. 08 gears and open drive. No leaks or noises. SUSPENSION / BRAKES : In the front it has a 2" drop spindle with a 1" drop spring and in the rear it has 3" lowering springs. New shocks in front and air shocks in the rear. The front brakes are CPP disc brakes and new 15/16 master cylinder. No power booster. The rear is the stock brake assembly all working perfect. E brake is complete and in working orderWHEELS / TIRES : The wheels are custom offset from the Wheelsmith. The rear are 15 x 8 with 275/60/15 Cooper tires. The front are 15 x 4 with 165/70/15 tires. The hubcaps are dog bowl caps that are original to the car. INTERIOR : Has black bucket seats with nice upholstery. new carpet. and headliner. The doorpanels and dash top are original and in good shape. The arm rests are a little worn but are useable. This car runs and drives great. It is a good car for freeway driving. Makes a nice hot rod / shop truck with good patina. The car does have a small patch of rust on the bottom of the passenger fender. Patch panel will fix it. The rest of the car is in good shape with all lighting and electrical working. I have done my best to describe this car but i cant list everything. Please ask questions.
