Car description

No rust on car. All major body work done. Car has a 10 bolt rear end. Car is an original automatic floor shift car. Missing parts or parts I know need to be purchased this is just from the little I have reviewed the car----heavy springs to take big block engine. new tires. door panels. interior kit to recover seats and headliner. nbsp; kit to operate hide a way lights or electrical kit to operate lights. exhaust. (This is the only things I don't have yet. ) I discovered the car has two hoods. The original one and this one shown in picture. The original one is the one with the little louvers on the side and is in good shape. Not painted. I purchased this 1967 Camaro R/S with intentions of restoration. It was a disassembled shell with all parts in Warner Robbins. It had a 283 (not original). The vin code shows the car to have been an original maroon color with white interior. It has the "hide a way" lights. I took the car to a "restoration" person who did not do the work in a timely manner. He did install a period correct 1967 396 engine which I heard and saw run. I purchased new disc brake kit and spoiler and many other new parts. The car shell was blocked. sanded and primered and a coat of the original madera maroon paint applied. After this guy tried to get more money for doing nothing. I took the car and moved it another shop in Griffin. Georgia where it is being stored for me. The car is a excellent potential project car for someone looking to do a first year Camaro. I have no more money to put into this car and will never see it through partly due to money and partly frustration with dishonest restoration people. I can tell you all the money I have in it and the loss I will take but it really does not matter. This is a good car for someone else. I will work with the buyer to make the deal as easy as possible and may be able to even help with shipping or delivery depending on the location. I have not sold any cars on ebay before and now have two vehicles like this one that I must part with due to bad restoration deals. This car is going to be great for the person who can now finish it and just put it back together. Good luck and thank you.
