Now for the fun! Compared to new cars, this one is a unique driving experience. The car has a completely new drive train between the radiator and transmission. All of the expensive mechanical work on this car has been completed. The 327 cubic inch V8 engine is very powerful. When you start it up you can feel the energy (not vibration) flow through the entire vehicle to you. Take a test drive and you will discover the thrill of the 1960s feel! Excellent every day driver with a brand new 327 cubic inch engine mated to a standard 4 speed transmission. I bought the car from a family whose father had been in the process of restoring the car when he passed away. Almost all the major components have been replaced or rebuilt except for the transmission and rear end which did not need anything. See the list below in addition to the new engine. Only driven about 100 miles since the mechanical reconditioning process was completed.
New flywheel, clutch, throw out bearing, and starter; New carburetor and intake manifold; Engine converted to electronic ignition with alternator and new coil; New exhaust system including headers, from engine to rear of car; New Dual master cylinder and brake pads; New tires and wheels; New fan clutch and water pump; All new belts and hoses; Under carriage frame rails and floor boards are in excellent condition.
