Car description |
---|
This is a real neat car. The car has a small V-8 (305), four speed transmission, air conditioning, tilt steering. Power steering and Power Disc Brakes.
The car runs and drives. It has good brakes, like new tires, newer battery. The car has 59k miles on it and I believe it is real. When you look at engine compartment, it is all complete and the vacuum lines look like new.
The car is from Denver. I bought it in the fall of 2018 and picked it up in May of 2019. I put new gas in it and it started right up. There is still some stinky gas in it, but runs smoothly down the road. I would say you could run it from MN to Dallas, but I am not sure about the cooling. I drive it around the neighborhood and no further.
The interior is a little dirty, but it isn't torched and the seats are not all tore up. The interior is a light grey and would need some cleaning. Good dash, good headliner, decent seats.
I have it for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. I am putting a simple reserve of $3,500. If it doesn't make the reserve, I might consider offers. I purchased a '79 big block camaro and have been working on that vs. this one. That is why it is for sale. This would be a great running and driving project car. I have sold several cars in the past couple years from my collection and this car is so solid and really nicely loaded up with the 4 speed, tilt and AC.
Mechanically sound and ready for a new home.
