Car description |
---|
I am reluctantly putting my 1972 El Camino up for sale. I like this car and have been working on it for quite some time but I need the space now and it's time for someone else to enjoy it and tinker with it.
The car is not perfect by any means but it is a nice daily driver for the city. I have not had any issues with it at all.
It has a brand new tires, center caps, trim rings, wheel molding, recent tune-up and new stainless dual exhaust with Dynaflow mufflers. Sounds great and really healthy.
It has been used over the years, but still in good condition and very restorable if you wish to go that way. The interior should be redone-but I left it alone as not to alter it much while I was driving it-in fact-I just got back home from driving it. 65 on the freeway is no problem. The 307 isn't really a powerhouse-but it runs just fine and is good on gas.
This should be a pretty easy car to restore or just drive it if you wish. No frills and not complicated.
This is a daily driver as is right now but can also be a project car as well. It's not missing anything and it's all there. Turn the key and go.
There has been some bodywork done to this car in the past and I wanted to show that work so there are 0 surprises when seen in person. Still looks good-but it is not perfect.
Comes with the original dealer brochure as well. It was bought new in Kalispell,Montana. I paid good money for this car and have money into it as well-but am listing it for what I bought it for originally. It is not beat to death and I have taken care of it since I have owned it but I feel it is time for someone to give it the love it deserves and do something cool with it.
The only reason I did not do the interior is that my tastes might be different than yours so I left it a blank untouched slate to work with. I really like originality-however-you may not so it's ready for any vision you may have.
I have the original tonneau cover as well.
If you have any questions-let me know.
The title is free and clear and in my name.
