1964 chevy II nova 400 coupeBody is straight rust free body with all original body panels black is base/ clear paint and was sanded and buffed to a flat finish. Very nice but not perfect.Motor is a blueprint crate engine 383 stroker with roller cam and alluminum heads with roller rockers, that still has warranty and will come with all paperwork as i purchased it new. Motor might have 600 miles on it, dynoed at 432 horse before i added the port matched bill mitchell intake and quick fuel 750 double pumper carb so probably safe to say its around 450 horse. Its got a nice lumpy cam and runs 160 degrees in the hottest weather in traffic. It has a big be cool alluminum radiator and clutch fan.Transmission is a rebuilt muncie m20 with a brand new hurst shifter and linkage (not cheap) with a billet ram flywheel and a 11 inch ram high performance clutch and pressure plate. Shifts flawlessly and is tight.Rearend is a hard to find chevy s10 10 bolt 8.5 inch that is same width as the stock rearend but much stronger with nova spring perches welded to it in stock location. Gear is 342 and is a posi trac. Looks factory was done very nicely. A 8.5 inch 10 bolt is next best thing to a chevy 12 bolt as its nearly just as strong.Front end is a heidts superride with manual rack and pinion and power disk brakes, car drives amazing and stops on a dime, car also has cpp tubular bolt on frame connectors and new bushings in rear leaf springs with traction bars.Wheels are new billet specialties street lite with black centers, tires are new mickey thompson drag radial street s/s on rear and bfg t/a radials on front .Interior is nice but could use a new rear package tray i think they are 20 dollars and a horn button is missing in steering wheel. Has a monster tach with shift lite and guages under dash. All lights work except for blinkers. Gas tank and sending unit is new and gas guage works, no speedo cable at the moment i go off rpm to figure highway speeds.All accesories on motor are new as well water pump, belts, brackets, motor and trans mounts, msd ready to run distributor and wires, quick fuel 750 double pump carb ect all new.Exhaust is new 2.5 inch mandrel bent alluminized all the way over axle out behind rear tires, is pretty quiet at adle and cruise but once your on it it lets you know you have some power.Over all a very nice car, i take it to shows and cruise around in it all the time, i would classify it as a very nice driver not a 10 point show car. This could be a daily driver its that reliable and sorted out needs nothing. Just had car weighed at it was 2875 lbs. Put 450 horse behind that and this car flat moves.
