That starts with the fact that it is a 1957 big back window with a big block V8, a 4-speed manual transmission and four-wheel drive. The exterior is painted a very cool gunmetal gray metallic paint with blacked out trim for a modern look. The Nitto Mud Grappler... tires are 305/70R16 and wrap Mickey Thompson aluminum alloy wheels. The red lettering of “Chevrolet†on the tailgate looks great and ties together the red accents in the emblems. The wood in the bed is in great shape and has a nice rich stain. Inside, the bench seat is nicely recovered in gray vinyl. Aftermarket gauges allow you to keep an eye on the engine and a 4-speed manual transmission is shifted from the floor. The transmission is mounted to a 396 CID V8 engine with a BeCool aluminum radiator and Edelbrock carburetor. The valve covers and air cleaner have been painted to match the truck and show well against the Chevrolet Orange of the engine block. Power steering helps turn these big tires with the help of the large factory steering wheel. The mid 50s Chevrolet trucks are incredibly popular following the rise of the 47-54 Chevy and GMC trucks. This example is a very nice driver that is ready to be enjoyed and taken to local shows. For additional information on this and our other classic and collectible cars for sale, please visit .
