1990 Caprice

Description

Nice rust free example of the last year of square body Caprices from southern Virginia. Manufactured for only three months. A rare gem with rare leather interior. The paint is in great shape and condition. This vehicle comes with a new set of 225-70/15 tires and 15x7 wheels which have been freshly restored. New headliner. New transmission. The transmission seals went bad from sitting so long that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. The interior was well maintained and is extra clean. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The car was previously owned by a non smoker. The power antenna is currently not functioning. Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all of my online sales.

Payment Methods

Certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit

Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Shipping

I CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving my premises

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to Bidders

I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Negative Feedback Bidders

I do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email or call me prior to bidding. I reserve the right to delete bids from negative or zero feedback bidders.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
