Has Chevy 230 Inline 6 out of a 1966 Chevy Malibu paired with a T5 5-speed OD manual transmission out of a S10, rear end is out of full size 1970s Chevy. Has plenty of power. I was driving this as a daily driver 60 miles round trip on the freeway for about 10K miles last summer. Currently drive to work a few times a week. Will cruise about 75-80, I usually run it around 65 however. Frame has been boxed.
Mustang II front end, with disc brakes. Converted it to HEI ignition and replaced piston rings since it had sat a while before I got it. Body is solid and straight with very little rust. Wood is in great shape. All window glass is included.
New battery, steering rack, front shocks last month. Oil changed and valves adjusted regularly every 3-4K miles.
10K Miles ago I did the following maintenance: HEI ignition upgraded, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, PCV valve, and rear end oil replaced. New starter, clutch, clutch master cylinder, brake lines, brake master cylinder, rear brake wheel cylinders, front caliper, new piston rings, honed cylinders and replaced oil pan gasket.
Front windshield can roll up and down but I don't have it setup, I have most of the parts to install.
Needs some work to finish up, but great driver. Does have small oil leak from the distributor o-ring. Roof is attached with screws for the option to go without it on night drives.
Lots of extra parts included. Owned it for the past 10 years and sad to see it go. Is listed locally, if sold auction will be void. I will do my best to remove ASAP if sold locally.
