Your search is over. We are privileged to offer for auction, our Mint 1935 Chevrolet 1/2 Ton Pick Up. An original, unrestored, extremely rare find with only 69,740 miles. Truly a time capsule survivor, an anomaly in the preservation world, possibly the last one the planet that has not been touched since it left the factory. Loved and meticulously cared for all of it's 85 years. Absolutely correct in every way. Heated garage kept. Of course a vehicle is only original once, and this fine example sports just the right patina, giving it a home run for it's providence. Incredibly straight, accident and rust free. The driest, most structurally sound example you will ever find. All the gaps are perfect and the doors shut like a dream. Retaining all of it's original factory build parts. Still has the data tag stapled underneath on the original oak bed. All of the cab wood is in pristine condition, and none of it has had to been replaced. Very simply, the only cosmetic operations that have been preformed since it rolled off the factory floor is a repaint, (timeline unknown, very correct), motor painted, seat upholstered, bumper, and a windshield. Bright work, (grill, bumpers, hub caps), are wonderful. Period correct B.F. Goodrich Silverstone tires have most of their life left. Mechanically...recent oil change, new plugs, and a fresh battery. Dry with no leaks. Runs and drives amazing. Starts easily in a couple revolutions. Oil pressure is great, (see pictures of compression test). Transmission shifts smooth.Brakes work well, (emergency also). All, yes all, of the electronics are in working order...Gauges, lights, (dash lights, headlights, brake lights), horn, etc. Has a rare heater and battery disconnect switch. Wipers, windows, door locks all are operational.
No restoration needed...Turn key...parade, show, and smile ready.
We have taken great lengths to document every angle pictorially...Many more pictures on the exterior, interior, motor compartment, and undercarriage that we would be happy to send.
Will answer any questions you may have. You may reach me at 801.649.9411, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Mountain time.
We receive the right to end the auction early, it will be listed locally and elsewhere.
Thank You and Good luck bidding to own this exemplary piece of history.
