What says America better than a 55 Chevy you ask? Not much if you ask me and boy do I have a nice one for you! Up for auction this week is this stunning 1955 Chevy that has been with its current (3rd owner) for the last 25 years where it has been loved on the entire time. The original engine is long gone by now, it has a nice looking 350ci with chrome headers and valve covers. The car has only been driven 500 miles in the last 12 months. The car runs fantastic and sounds even better! The 3-speed turbo hydromantic transmission shifts nice. When the owner bought the car 25 years ago it had bucket seats and a looked terrible. Since owning the car, the owner has completely restored the interior with a front beach seat. The pictures speak for themselves. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best the red and white paint on the 55 Chevy would be an 8. It is starting to show its age but still looks very nice. It does have a few spots on rust bubbling but nothing through. The doors both close nice and tight, both are very solid. Over the past 25 years the car has won over 200 awards including “Best of show” at many shows. If you have any questions on the car please feel free to call, email or text me at any time.
