RARE GMC JIMMY - RUNS GREAT
EASY SHIPPING - HAPPY TO HELP FIND A FAST, REASONABLY TRANSPORT
This GMC was originally a very rare Dark Yellow (brighter than Ochre) and the original paint is still hiding under the current bright green. The previous owner used this truck as his hunting rig and the green was the base for his DIY camo paint scheme that we cleaned up leaving just the bright green paint you see now. It has a very cool custom brush bar that has likely carried a lot of game out of the mountains where the original owner had his cabin. This would be a great restoration candidate, or would be fun to be put back to work as a Hunting rig.
Exterior: Overall this truck is very solid. There are some typical spots that need attention like most of these Blazer/Jimmys do like rockers and a lower quarter patch. However, the floors, cargo area, windshield frame, firewall and all of the other key areas are rock solid. It also has the original wheels that would clean up nice and the big badass brush bar. The top is in very good condition, as is the glass.
Interior: The original interior is all there. The hard to find buckets are there, as well as the factory rear bench seat. It even has the rare center console. The dash is in great shape and it still has the factory stereo.
Mechanical: It has the factory 350 and the 4 speed manual transmission. It starts and runs great. As you can see the wiring and engine have not been messed with over the years, everything is clean and original. The odo reads around 50K and I would notsurprisedif that is not the original miles based upon how well this runs.
