This 57 Nomad has been my dream car for many years. Unfortunately I cannot do this car justice and come to the realization that I won't be able to properly do this car they way it should be done. So sadly it has to go. This car is complete as you can see. It's at a shop where I was to begin the process of doing the entire floor, rockers, trunk area, wheelhouse work. I have a new complete one piece floor, the complete trunk area with spare tirehousing still in box shown, the wheelhouses, rockers that will go with it. The car has a running 327 engine hooked up to a automatic transmission. The transmission was going to be replaced with a 4 speed Saginaw that is also included with clutch, pressure plate all that is needed for the changeover is here. I have the black interior completely out of the car. You also get a set of wheels shown. All the glass is intact and not cracked. The dash is intact minus the radio. The car was running and engine has to be hooked up since we disconnected the distributor to get it ready for the floorwork. Saginaw tranny was rebuilt and has not been installed. The body has some areas that need attention but it's not a rusted out bondo bucket. There is no rust thru areas on the body and the roof is solid. The paint is an old single stage treatment with cracks and paint chipping in certain areas. Solid frame. In all this car is a total resto job and when done right it gets big bucs. Not many of these around and this is the iconic fifties car bar none. If you watch any of the Barrett Jackson auctions for these vehicles done correctly you knowwhat this car be worth done properly. All the parts are here so no looking for parts should you want to restore the chrome and bumpers. Other parts will go that I still have to look for like side mirror, new grille. Ask any questions before bidding. I offer no shipping so that is up to you. I have a clear South Carolina title in my name ready to be transferred. Car rolls easily onto a trailer and you will need to have enough room for all these parts. I will assist in loading vehicle onto trailer.Noreserve at $19,500. If you can't afford this car please don't wasteeither of ourtime bidding. Please have $1000 deposit ready within 24 hours after auction end and complete payment within 7 days of auction end. I will hold the car here for as long as you want once complete payment is made. I would consider these trades, 55 2door post bel air, 70 SS Chevelle, 67 SS Chevelle. These cars have to be done finished correctlycars and not projects and worth at least $20K. Please call (864) 201-9833 and you are welcomed to take a look at car prior to bidding which I recommend highly. I am 25 minutes east of Greenville South Carolina and 2 hours from Columbia SC and Atlanta Ga. Thanks for viewing this listing.
