Car description

1970 Corvette Convertible LT1

This car needs everything, but its a cool car that I hate to see it go off to the crusher. It belonged to a friend's uncle who has been moved to assisted living. He purchased it in 1975 and I believe it's been off the road since at least the early 90s. It does have a clean Indiana title in my name.

Details:

Originally Donnybrook Green over Saddle

Non-number match engine (350). Turns freely and has roller rockers.

Non-numbers match 4 speed manual transmission. Not installed in the car no clue on condition.

Frame is decent but does have a bad spot on the one rear arch.

Bird cage has a lot of rot. Particularly the windshield frame.

Front end is cracked by the headlight and is an Eckler's not the original.

Front foot wells are messed up.

I do not have the front bumper.

There is no soft top or top frame.

The tires go flat in a day and one is disintegrating, but it's an easy roller when they are pumped up.

What you see is what you get. This car needs everything and other than the info above, I really don't know anything. If you do have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

I will delete any bids from users with no feedback. This is a no reserve auction and if I don't get it out of my garage my wife is going to go ape shit. So, please no bs bids. I'm also not going to end the auction early. That's why there isn't a buy it now or make offer.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

$100 deposit due in 24 hours of auction end or I will relist immediately. (See above about wife)

the remaining balance to be paid in cash.

****. **********. **** Based on a some internet experts on the Corvette forum it looks like it is not an LT1. I assumed it was based on the center console.
