1955 Chevy Resto Mod

Very nice 1955 Ipurchased fromCalifornia, it's a super nice car and has had a ton of money spent on it! The body is nice and and the paint is very slick the colors are the original 55 harvest gold and India ivory, it has been wet sanded and buffed to a mirror like finish and looksabsolutlyawesome!! The stainless is super nice and the bumpers have been rechromed as well. The rear bumper is a rare 55 Nomad with the short bumper guards. Newer style power windows that works with the original window cranks (VERY NEAT). All glass is new and shaded to keep it nice and cool inside!! Leather and Ostrich interior with bucket seats, they are both 6 way power and recline as well with lumbar really comfortable!! It has a really nice custom made console with two cup holders and a storage compartment. The rear seat has also been custom made with lot of storage under the top cushions.Flaming river tilt steering column with three spoke leather wrap wheel. The engine is a very stout big block 454 with a mild cam and has the new Holley EFI Sniper fuel injection system, a total of $3,500. Sanderson headers with Flow Master exhaust thatsounds awesome!! New beefed up 700R-4 Transmission with 2500 stall and a 12 Bolt Posi Chevelle rear end. It has been mini tubbed with 12 inch rear Cragar wheels and new street/drag radials and also has high dollaradjustablecoil overs. The car also has upper and lower tubular A-Arms,Power Steering, disc brakes with power hydro boost and stops great unlike some of the new boosters. Custom smoothed firewall, New $750.00 billet hood hinges. This car has really COLD vintage air condition and good heat.Rain-gear windshield wiper motorunder dash. Real nice Am/Fm stereo CD player with remote. Dakota Digital dash and clocktheywork veryaccurate. Their are two cooling fans 4200cfs, one comes on about 165 degrees and the second comes on if it reaches 200 degrees does not overheat on thehotest days. This car was built to show and drive not to be atrailer queen but will win moretrophies than you can store!! I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things but the pictures speak for them self!! You can fly in and drive this car home no mater how far you live, it is that good and if you've never driven one with the Holley Sniper fuel injection your in for a real treat!!!
