Car description |

For sale is a beautiful 1968 camaro in Viper Blue with a Cadillac pearl white bumblebee stripe and black interior.
This is a two owner Texas car with no rust. Body work and paint took place in 2006. The car has only 111,193 original miles.
The protect-o-plate comes with this car. Most of the original parts come with this car. The car was originally corvette bronze with a black bumblebee stripe, 03D build date, Norwood Ohio plant.
This car has the original block and crank and has been professionally rebuilt. It is now a .040" over 327 (333 ci), studded mains, balanced, patriot aluminum heads with 190cc runners, 58cc chambers and 2.02/1.60 valves with 1.5 roller rockers. Intake is an edelbrock performer EPS with a edelbrock 750 CFM carb. Brand new pertronix HEI ignition with built in rev limiter. Comp cams magnum 286. 10.86:1 compression ratio, runs on regular low grade pump gas due to the ideal dynamic compression ratio of 8:1. The engine is estimated to have 420-440hp and is an incredibly strong, reliable runner. The engine has only 13,000 miles on the rebuild.
Transmission is a rebuilt Saginaw 2.54 first gear 4-speed with hurst competition plus shifter and new clutch. The transmission and clutch have maybe 5,000 miles on them. The rear is a standard GM 8.2" 10 bolt with the factory 3.08 gears.
This car is basically a kit and comes with ALOT of extras that I never had the time to install, this sale includes:
Complete lq4 6.0 pull out from oil pan to intake.
5.3 long block with strong gen 4 rods.
Wilson manifolds fuel rails.
Professional Products 102mm throttle body.
Complete GM 4l60e transmission. Was running great when pulled. Just needs a converter and maybe upgrades if planning on putting a lot of power through it.
Speed engineering stainless steel long tube headers.
Complete front end re-build kit for power steering.
New Iroc-z power steering box.
Front disc brake kit for first gen camaros. Includes rotors, pads, spindles, lines, booster, master cylinder, vacuum canister.
New aluminum water pump for small block, the current pump could stand to be swapped out.
KYB front shocks.
Almost all of the original engine components including the original heads which have also been re built, they have maybe 3,000 miles on them. Original intake, distributor, exhaust manifolds, etc. too much to list. Factory 14" wheels with hub caps. A set of Keystone Klassics 14" wheels. I tried my best to keep all of the original parts from this car being it was essentially how it left the show room floor in 1968 when I took ownership in 2005. I have a large box with all of the original parts.
I hate to see this car go, but I have unfortunately lost interest after starting a family.
