Selling a Complete C1 Corvette Chassis removed from a 1960 model year to build a resto-mod car. This chassis will fit all C1 Corvettes from 1956 thru 1962. The body was lifted off and placed on an aftermarket frame. The chassis is rust-free and very complete. It has motor mounts and complete off road (round muffler) exhaust system. The front and rear sway bars are intact. The entire chassis was rebuilt mechanically in the mid 90s and the rear end is set up for highway driving with a 3.08 ratio. Currently is set up for front disc brakes and has the rotors and hubs. The drum brake parts are also included. It has the steering column and all attaching parts. The battery box and rear cross member that are usually problem areas are in very good shape. There are no modifications of goofy homemade traction bars or repairs done to the frame. Some of the paint is flaking from use but is the most solid chassis you could find. VIN is still being used on the rest-mod so you will need your own. Perfect for the rusty frame project car or replace yours instead of repair. Or a Concept 57 body. The wheels and tires are just rollers for transport. Please call with any questions. I do have a nice running small block Chevy engine, radiator and 4 speed Muncie transmission if you need to make this more complete. Located in Connecticut. Greg (860) 913-4680
