This spectacular show car was owned for over 17 years by the previous owner. He informed me that in that time it was always garage kept, and has never seen rain! Additionally, it was never washed with soap and/or water hose, only warm water chamois baths! Since completion of the build, the vehicle has less than 2,000 miles. The 383 Stroker is paired with a smooth shifting TCI StreetFighter automatic transmission, and runs great on pump 93 or 110/114 octane gas! From the color matched interior to the Daytona yellow engine compontents, it is clear that attention to detail was highly valued when restoring this classic muscle car.
This 1968 Camaro SS is part of my personal antique auto collection of which I am currently downsizing due to other projects that need more attention.
