1968 Camaro with original 327 and 4 speed Muncie, 10 bolt rear. Numbers match car in original color of Lemans Blue. Bought in FL while serving in the military during 2000 for a price of $11K. It had been recently painted white with a blue nose stripe, interior was re-done, engine clean, and ran strong. Guy I purchased from had told me that over $10K was invested into engine. Can only take his word and not confirm. Although, when it was running before we began the restoration it was a handful. After driving for awhile, I sent it home to PA with an intent to repaint the original color. Restoration shop found that the metal was severe and we replaced every body panel on the car at the time costing over $15K in body work and parts over a years time.....have receipts. Put back in a storage warehouse from 2005 until 2017. Wheel wells, rockers, and floor pans are in car yet to be installed. Also, all parts are with car including seats in excellent condition, all chrome trim, original doors with glass, side glass, etc. Everything that came off car minus front and rear glass are in it, some parts are usable and some not. Have a box of miscellaneous new parts which was ordered over the years. Odometer reads 24,645. Has 4 wheel disc brakes and a performance dual exhaust system. This Camaro will make someone a super numbers matching rest-mod. Title in Hand.
