This 1975 Chevrolet Monza is an unmolested survivor time capsule.
Has 106 thousand original miles.
This is the 5.7 Litre V8 that was also in the Corvette. It has the original cam that can be swapped out along with the two-barrel carburetor. This is the "California V8" only made for one year. There are less than 50 registered and only a few that I know of that are complete.
The engine and transmission are mechanically pristine.
I am the second owner; the previous was a meticulous caretaker.
The car is a daily driver with working air conditioning.
I have disconnected the heater core since it was leaking.
New tires and brakes have been kept up to date.
The front seats have had the stuffing replaced. Pictures show that I did not put back the passenger seat rear cover; it's in the trunk.
The smog equipment is still on save for the thermal switches that were on the water neck which are in a bag in the trunk. I have not replaced the thermostat. We don't need that or a heater in Los Angeles. In California this year does not require smog checking.
Rust or cancer, can't find any, showed every possible place it could be a problem.
Paint was redone and in great shape. I can't find any evidence of the car ever having been in an accident. I think the previous owner wanted it to be blue.
I have included the camera which works and you can still get film for it since it is period correct.
I also have some period correct coins in the center console.
There is a Pioneer super tuner with 6x9's mounted on the rear deck. There is a graphic EQ in the glove box. That was the total bitchen 70's thing to do!!! Now you need bell bottoms and a paisley shirt and you can out 70's anyone!
The spare tire is now full sized and won't fit into the side pocket like the collapsible spare used to.
There is a YouTube video posted on Toodle171 showing everything including my comical attempt at showing the radio in good working condition. The tape player works.
Bottom line.I will assist you in getting this car delivered throughout most of the US and the rest of the world to the tune of one thousand dollars. That will get it to the front door of most United States households. Everyone in Europe will only pay a few hundred dollars more and I am including the following shipping companies that gave me great rates and excellent customer service with website and contact information.
For the United States only:
For international.
