1947 Chevrolet Stylemaster. We are not sure of the current value because we could not find a price guide for a 72 year old vehicle. An older gentlemen, who deals with older cars, told us in his opinion it should be worth $12,000-$14,000. Our starting bid price is $10,000 but we welcome any reasonable offers at this time. From what we can tell, the miles shown on the speedometer are the actual miles. The car was repainted about 10 years ago. It appears to be a good solid original steel body. It does have a few paint chips and a scuff on the right rear fender but overall I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The chrome is in fair condition for it's age. Half of it is very good and the other half shows age and pitting. The headliner and seats have been reupholstered a few years back but the door panels and floor mat or carpet need to be replaced. It is a 6 cylinder with a 3 speed on the column. It runs very well for a 72 year old vehicle and is started weekly and driven once a month to keep the seals lubed up. The car is currently located near Mulberry Indiana 46058 and the buyer is responsible for picking up or making shipping arrangements. We purchased this less than two years ago but do not have time to drive or appreciate it so we need to sell it. This is a good solid daily driver and not a trailer queen. Questions and comments are welcome. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
