Description
1959 Impala 348 tri-power, automatic, 4 door hardtop. This vehicle has been sitting for approximately 30 years, with the Lichen growing on the passenger side shows it has not been cleaned during this same period of time. I removed the dash padding as it was cracked terribly. The body shows to be solid as seen by the pictures showing under the car and spare tire wheel well, although with closer inspection, rust was found on the bottom rear of drivers quarter panel, drivers side rear passengers foot area and small areas in the trunk floor. The engine was taken out to be rebuit several years ago, by looking at the casting numbers on the intake, heads and engine, the parts were manufactured for the early 1959 cars. This is an old car and is being sold "as is".
