1968 Chevrolet C10 original short box step side. This was a super straight original truck that went through some minor customization in the late 70s and was a show truck. All the panels are original except the front fenders. 67 fenders were put on to keep the front clean for the very light ghost flame paint on the front. You can see original lacquer paint that is in great shape underneath. Look closely around the rear tail lamps inside the box and you will see how nice this truck was before the custom paint. The interior paint is all original and in great shape along with the sun visors.... Kind of a shame they took out the original seat yet the custom seat is very comfortable. It has a 78 (hardened valve seats) 350 engine with a 4 speed OD transmission making a great cruiser. Jumps out of the hole quick and cruises nice when the OD kicks in. It was lower with a spring conversion kit and control arms. Drives straight down the road. Has power steering and power brakes. The rear cover converts to a screened in tent. The paint is chipping and there is some minor rust. Most is surface from moisture while the truck was in storage. The rocker panels are rusted through and there as some very minor rust holes or bubbles here and there. With a little attention this is a great truck to just drive or very easy truck to repaint.
