Not saying it’s a rotisserie restoration, but it was restored mostly new from front to back everything a few years ago, more like a Frame Up, not Frame Off restoration.
Needs nothing!
Condition
Overall this Chevy II Wagon is extremely nice, especially given that it is a 52 year old car. As far as we can tell it has only had this one re paint. Very clean overall but I would not call it a perfect show car, at least not to win trophy’s with. It’s more of a driver style restoration with a ton of freshening up, not really a full recent total restoration. The underside has a new gas tank. It is clean underside. The floor and pans are nice but definitely driver style, not rotisserie resto.
The engine is a nice 350 with a mild cam. It starts up quick, and the choke helps it idle on a cold start. It’s NOT loud at all. It does have dual exhausts with Excelerator stainless steel mufflers. It’s more of a drive it anywhere ride than a high end type show ride.
Everything works on the car even the cigarette lighter.
Back up lights, all side marker lights, horns, radio all work.
Here are the “picks” I have.
The interior is very very nice with basically most everything NEW on the interior.
The windshield is newer and the side glass are all in good shape with light aftermarket tint added. Overall the glass is in very good shape.
It does have a few chips here and there and maybe some every so slight paint imperfections, but keep in mind this was built and set up to drive and RUN and was restored a few years ago!
The engine bay has tons of new components, but we didn’t make the engine bay “show quality”.
