I am selling my 1985 military blazer. It runs fantastic. It was an Military police gate truck for the National guard down in GA, so it basically spent most of its life on base until about 2 years ago.
The TH 400 transmission was rebuilt within the last year with a warranty, and has a stage 1 shift kit, heavy duty pump, and Kevlar clutches to make it just about indestructible. I also put a new rear in. It is an original new old stock rear (military surplus from a collector straight off a pallet complete with brakes, E cable and lines.)
It has a 4" Rough country lift kit with new shocks, 33" cooper discoverer AT3 tires, "superwinch" locking hubs, 2 yellow top gel batteries, new universals, belts, radiator hoses, new heater core and blower motor, and LED headlights. (very bright). Also just changed fuel filter, oil and oil filter, and air cleaner. Started to install insulation on the floor (silver foil as seen in interior pics) remainder to finish will be included in sale. (no time to finish. I'm a man of many projects!)
This truck gets an unbelieveable 20 MPG and was my everyday driver. (100 miles per day) Just bought a pick up, so this has to go.
