No Reserve Auction 1974 Chevy C-10 Custom Deluxe Truck is in expected condition for a 40 year old vehicle. it is not perfect. but it's not to bad either. It is mechanically sound. the 350 V8 starts right up every time. I would call it dependable enough to be an around town driver. I say this because it does start up every time. it has good tires. good brakes. shifts good. all electrical works. including wipers. signals. lights. etc. It is also a good candidate for restoration. Rat it out. or a work truck. Drive it while you fix it up. I will list the pros and cons below to the best of my ability and you are welcome to come judge for yourself. Pros: -Good running 350 V8 – Does not leak a drop of anything -Good shifting transmission -Custom Deluxe package -Newer Alternator -New Goodyear tires on the front -Good Tires on rear (more than 50% tread) -Good Brakes -Good Battery -AC Optioned truck (blows but needs charge) -Heat works-Floor pans and door sills are good -Clean and clear North Carolina title in hand -No notable dents or dings. body is pretty straight (although it has some rust) -All electrical works: wipers. lights. blinkers. radio -All gauges work: Oil pressure maintains perfect. Temperature maintains perfect. gas gauge. etc. -Clean interior: no rips in seat at all. no cracks in dash -All window glass is good. has sliding rear window Cons: -The hood hinges need to be adjusted so the hood rests completely flush (The end near the windshield) (pictured) -Missing some trim on passenger side (pictured) / Passenger side rear bumper slightly bent (pictured) -Someone repainted at some point. was originally the GM gold color two tone -Has some surface rust in spots and some rust bubble in spots.
