This car was originally purchased in Wellman Iowa at Buckwalter Motors by a Thomas M Waters of Washington Iowa on October 18, 1984. it was serviced by the dealer there and later by the local Standard gas Station, and Bob's Auto and Tire Center in West Liberty Iowa. The way I understand it is that the man passed away and his son inherited it. He lived in Florida. He repainted it the original color and put in a new headliner, new suspension, new disc brakes, and Magnaflow exhaust. New water pump, 3 core radiator, Turbo 350 transmission, and a totally new air conditioning unit and components. Ibought it from florida and shipped it to Nebraska and I put a new Edelbrock carb because the factory computer and choke didn't work right. Had it detailed. Its an almost new paint job, new tires, and I put American Mag wheels on it. Thought it looked better. Car has about 10K miles on it in the last 20 years, now totalling 86K. Its in great condition, although it drips a little oil now and again and I don't know how to tune the carb, so it runs rich. Also has a new radio that looks like the original, but can play music from your iPhone. Nice car, but I need a pickup, and this is too nice to just carry stuff around. I'm afraid to ding the paint
