This is a west coast car. From what I can tell from the paperwork that came with this car. the first owner was an attorney in Santa Rosa. CA and owned it 93 through 2012. Lots of paperwork from the original owner is included with the car’s binder. it appears he also spent a lot maintaining this car while he had it. The second owner owned it 2012 through 2013 and was in Fontana. CA. We are in Oregon and are the third owners and we bought the car in 2013. I am selling this car for my father. Reason for selling is two reasons. one that we are moving somewhere with less garage space. Two is that this was to be my 70 year old father’s driver during summers in Oregon. but his arthritic hips are getting worse and won’t allow him to get in and out of this very easily anymore. This is his favorite car and color scheme. which is why we spent the restoration money outlined below thus far. Miles are original actual miles at 48. 00. Car comes with a binder of receipts of work done to this car by previous two owners and receipts that we’ve spent restoring the car since we’ve owned it. I won’t cover all of the details of the receipts of the first owner. but I will cover the details of the second owner and of what we’ve done since we’ve owned it. Here are some of the items that the second owner did which he says he spent $2. 00 on: All fluids – brake. antifreeze. trans. and steering. Timing belt. Serpentine belt. Transmission hose/lines. Engine vacuum lines. Tune up/plugs and wires. Front brakes. New passenger mirror. Keyless entry system with key chain remote (which needs a new key chain remote clicker battery or electrical car fuse). Car has auto door locks and unlocks vs. manual. Since we’ve owned the car since 2013. we decided to spend money to fix and factory paint color several cosmetic minor door dings and body dings. 7/1/13. we spent a grand total of $3. 13. 70 in cosmetic work at a local auto body shop to bring this car up to the next level condition wise. Have receipts with details. We wanted the car to look good up close as it did from 20 feet. Other items we’ve done: 7/11/13. purchased four all new tires: P225/60R-16 97T Eclipse All Seasons BW - $569. 24 (our discounted price. regular price is higher). Tires come with a warranty at Les Schwab Tires. New wiper blades installed-5620 20” touring ultra wiper blade $28. 88 (our discounted price. regular price is higher). 7/11/13. the following work was done at a local car car specialsts shop by certified mechanics: Battery install new battery $130. 37. Synthetic oil service 5W30 $69. 95. New air filter installed $7. 95. Head to toe inspection of the car’s mechanics and operational functions. sheet states in part “……. All fluids have been changed. On 8/23/13 we had this car’s under side professionally undercoated at a car detail shop near Portland. OR $225. We do this to all of our cars as a rust and protective / preventative measure. 5/22/14. replaced rear crankshaft main bearing seal $780. 33. Remove and replace leaking near cam cover – fixed $48. 47. Replaced coolant outlet tube $48. 47. Car comes with original Chevrolet owner’s manual. two thick 1993 Chevrolet Lumina service manual reference books. and a three ring binder of receipts and paperwork relating to this car since ’93. Car comes with two black plastic cup holders (pictured) mounted to the side of the center floor console on the passenger side. We ordered these in 2014 and had these installed in 2014. Now you can drive with one or two drink cups/cans in the car. $100 we spent on items. postage. and labor for this. This car comes with tinted windows in the rear of the car. It looks like the original owner had the rear window and backseat rear side windows tinted when he owned it in southern Cal. Three total windows are tinted. all in the backseat/rear windows area of car. Car door windows are not tinted. Car is not perfect and has some minor signs of wear and tear here and there internally and externally. but overall is in very nice / above average condition both mechanically and cosmetically now at this point. We have a couple thousand dollars more in to this car than we are asking for it. So this is not a profit maker for us. just going to sell it now and next owner benefits from all of the money in to this car so far. The auto door lock mechanism needs a fuse replaced. probably pretty minor. it auto locks but needs fuse replaced so it continues to auto unlock. too. This car has an aftermarket CD stereo installed in the place where the original radio was. Works fine. The gas cap on this car has a lock on it and comes with a gas cap key if you want to lock it. This car looks like it has always been garaged.
