Up for auction is a 1956 Chevrolet Nomad Bel Air Wagon, factory V8, rolling restoration project. The car has had some work already completed, however, it needs someone else to put their heart and time and money into finishing the car. The previous owner took the car as far as they could and now it's time for a new home. The car does not come with a motor or transmission, but does come with the interior pictured, as well as the side, sliding glass and pictured parts. The car is a very solid project and it has a factory "seamless" frame that apprears to be in excellent condition. It appears that the original rear end is still in the car, however, the third member section of the rear end is not present. The car was set up for a manual transmission and it looks like there may have been a clutch issue shown in the picture of the hump on the floor/lower firewall. The car comes with a new floor pan as pictured, that needs to have the installation completed. The car also has had new rocker panels installed as well. I have included some of the problem areas in the pictures to try and give an honest assessment of the condition of the car. The car is sold in "as is" condition, according to the description and pictures provided. Please, if you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask. Thank you and good luck bidding.
