1968 Chevrolet Impala Convertible Project

Project car. Engine has been resealed, new water pump, timing chain, oil pump, fuel pump, rebuilt carburetor, all new hoses, ignition system all new.Gas tank and lines all new. All new brakes, lines, master cylinder, front converted disc. Rear seat pan replaced, rear quarter panels replaced. 90% body work done. It’s in a thick coat of 2k high build primer. Needs to be sanded and the left fender needs a patch installed which is included.Previous owner reinforced frame, his plans were hydraulics but never finished.Transmission gasket is leaking. 20” rims, two need the beads cleaned up they are leaking. Interior is so so, check pictures. Didn’t buy a convertible top for it because I wasn’t sure of final color. eBay sells them for $300. Have a complete manual book set. Assembly required. Comes as pictured, genders are hung on with 2 bolts. Hood and trunk are in primer as well and come with car. I got it together enough to drive from one garage to another. Final tuning and adjustments will need to be done.Best time to be looked at are Saturday or Sunday morning. Week nights about 7pm or after as well. As is sale. I bought new car and lost my motivation with this. Will be a cool car if ever finished. It’d make a nice low rider.If hiring a shipping company I will be available Saturday and Sunday mornings or nights around 7 and can help load.
