1962 Chevrolet Impala 4 Door Non-Post Has been sitting for almost 40 years. Belonged to friend that had it in his yard for 35 years. Body is in great condition, little dings throughout car but nothing major. Underneath in great shape, only problem is when door and trunk seals dry rotted. It had let water in rusting trunk and front floor pans. My friend started to fix having someone install sheet of metal for trunk floor. Then proceeded to cut out drivers floorboard before I got it. I then replaced drivers floor pan ( very amateur job) but function-able using 2 of the factory seams. The passenger side does have a small hole in floorboard and needs repair. The rest of floor pan is in great shape. The interior is all there, the seats and headliner need new material as they all dry rotted. I changed fluids in the engine and transmission. The front brakes were also upgraded to power disk before I got it (kit). A new aluminum radiator installed along with a Edelbrock carb. The glass is in good shape, front windshield does have a crack though. The car is solid and has not been repaired in any way.It was going to be my cruiser but I found another project. Email me with any questions or different pics. It looks to have come with factory Air Conditioning but compressor is no longer there.I will not ship but will help shipper of your choice any way I can.It is also for sale locally and will end auction early. Thank you
