120VDC ELETRIC CONVERSION, street legal!

Thanks for looking... This is a fully electric convesion 120V Chevy S-10 truck. This is a conversion based off a kit so there are schematics and documentation. The conversion was completed by a Certified Electrician and I am the second owner. There is a video walk through from the original owner that hilights the details of the operations and safety features. This is ideal for retirement communities, local city driving, daily commuter. It is road worthy but I would not recommend it for highway driving.

The modification includes custom heated and insulated battery boxes under the truck bed and another under the hood. The truck bed pivots up to give access to the battery boxes.

120V comes from 20 6V deep cycle batteries; there is an additional 12V battery to run the asseciries like radio and ligths. The current batteries are 6V US Battery, 2200 XC2. The current batteries are not functioning so the truck does not drive. A full charge will give you about 50 miles distance.
There are two charge ports; a 110V charge port and a 220V for a fast charge option. There is also a 110V outlet in the cab incase you need to plug something in.
The tires are 80% low rolling resistance tires to improve milage.

The odometer says 48,000 miles but it is likely 148,000.

The buyer will receive the truck, the documentation, the tow bar the bed cover and a large crimper to make your own cables.
