We sell an awful lot of Classic Trucks. In fact, this year alone, we've sold 38 of them! They are one of my personal favorites, and I try and find the nicest ones to bring to my clients. This 1964 C10 was owned locally here in SWFL for many years, and has been carefully maintained, cared for, upgraded, and enjoyed by the previous owner. More importantly, it has been DRIVEN too!!! This truck has crossed the State more times than I can count, and been on its share of long-distance cruises throughout the Southeastern U.S. too! It was made to be a reliable, safe, and easy-to-maintain long hauler, and it filled that position very well. Looking at the paint and body on the truck, you'd think it was just finished! The body is clean, straight, and neat all the way around, and the finish is very slick, shiny, and smooth from the front to the back. Yes, it does show a handful or so minor blemishes from being driven, but if you look through the 175 large photos below, you will see that there is nothing that detracts from the overall finish and appeal of the truck. These are little marks like a stone chip, light scuff, and other typical blemishes found on any show truck that gets driven once in awhile. Finished in 1964 GM Light Blue with and Ivory top and accents, the truck retains a somewhat stock appearance, which is accented by the Rallye wheels wrapped in practically new Bf Goodrich radial tires size P235/70R15. Badging, chrome trim, stainless trim, polished pieces, and other assorted bright work on the truck all are in above average to exceptional condition, and appear show-ready. Rain gutters are clean, solid, and goop free, with the original drain vents still intact! All rubber, weather stripping, and trim on the truck is quite recent, and in excellent condition. All of the glass is in excellent condition, with no cracks or chips, and only a few light scuffs that appear to be on the window tint in the side glass. Bed wood is in exceptional condition, as is the hardware to install it. Inside of the bed is in remarkable shape, and shows just a few light marks from being used as a truck (gasp!) a couple of times by the prior owner! Bed rails are like new, and are a wonderful accent to the bed. Tail gate opens to show solid and rust free steel on the inners and hinge points. It works as it should. Rear lights were upgraded to LED units for long-distance travel safety, and they work perfectly. A box hitch mounted to the frame peeks out under the chrome bumper, and was used to haul a small trailer from time to time with ease. It has trailer wiring too. Headlamps were upgraded as well, and ALL of the outside lights work as they should, including HIGH BEAM, LOW BEAM, PARKING LAMPS, TAIL LAMPS, BRAKE LIGHTS, and TURN SIGNALS. The windshield sports the 2016 NSRA Safety Inspection the truck got at it's last Tampa event, as well as the Show car decal from the 2017 Turkey Rod Run. Under the hood, the truck sports its original 327ci V8 block, but has been completely rebuilt and upgraded with a Holley SNIPER Fuel-Injection system to provide long-haul reliability and easy maintenance. Engine bay itself is clean and neat, and the motor is dressed with a chrome Chevrolet valve covers, air cleaner, and a polished intake manifold. Vintage air provided all new components for the R134A cooling system, and a new serpentine belt kit keeps things looking modern and clean up front. Power steering and power brake system all work perfectly, and make the truck easy for anyone in the family to drive safely. The engine sends the power to a new 700R4 Automatic Overdrive transmission, and it then travels down the balance driveshaft to the refurbished GM 12-bolt rear end stuffed with 3.08 gears. This lets the truck cruise on the freeway at 70mph while only hitting 1,500 RPM or so. It really cruises the highways like a modern truck! Chassis is original frame with the original 12 bolt, along with refreshed suspension bits, steering bits, and all the usual things you upgrade on a build like body mounts and bushings, etc.. Look at the 175 pics and you'll see basically ever square inch of the truck. to see what I mean. Inside, the interior looks basically original, with the exception of the extra plush leather bench seat with matching removable center console. Dash holds the original gauge cluster that looks amazing. All of the lights work as well as the fuel gauge, and the speedo is just a few mph off GPS. Tilt column is topped by a color wrapped leather wheel with billet spokes and center. A/C ducts are located on the outboard sides of the dash, with center stacks too. Even on the lowest setting, it will freeze you out quick! Great for our 100 degree Florida summers. Carpet looks like new, and is help down on the sides with stainless trim plates. It was installed over layers of sound and heat proofing to keep the cabin quiet on long trips. Modern seat belts were installed for safety, and they work perfectly, with a center lap belt for the occasional "3rd wheel". A/C controls are easy to use, and central on the dash. A Classic Autosound radio looks old, but provides digital tuning on AM/FM as well as iPod and Mp3 functionality too. Ashtray is just the original ashtray, but the prior owner didn't smoke, and it has no smells or odors of any kind. A set of AutoMeter stainless face gauges resides below the dash, and monitors vitals MUCH better than just a dummy light on the dash! The Sniper EFI control panel is mounted to the dash in a convenient area, and provides easy monitoring and adjustment on the fly. Glove box works as it should, and has a clean liner in it. Wipers work like they should, and have no issues. Fuel tank, and the entire fuel system, are relatively new, and work perfectly. The truck starts easily thanks to the EFI. No priming a carb or pumping the pedal endlessly praying for it to start. Just let the system prime for a second or two, and turn the key and go! It runs PERFECTLY, with no stutters or missteps like you always get in a carb vehicle. It does NOT even come CLOSE To running hot, thanks to massive cooling fans and a high-flow water pump. Steering is light and smooth, but without any excessive slop or play to worry about. Brakes are solid and strong, and scrub off speed without pulling to the side or grabbing. Transmission shifts silky smooth, and it rolls through the gears easily on its way to cruising speed. In town, it is as mild-mannered as your daily driver. On the highway, it will go 100mph all day long. It truly is like having a modern truck with a old-fashioned body! No odd handling quirks, no pulling, no shudders, no wander. Just drive it like a modern vehicle, park it when you get home, and do it again whenever you want to. We went through it thoroughly, fixed or replaced anything that needed addressed, and have driven it for over 75 miles in the process. We feel confident risking our eBay reputation by offering it up for worldwide sale, and know that the new owner will be thrilled. I took 175 photos of it from every angle I could, and I encourage you to ask questions, come see it, or arrange for an inspection if you want to PRIOR TO BUYING IT. I don't have anything to hide, and have tried to cover every part of the vehicle as best I could. It has a clean and clear title, and is ready for a new owner. The vehicle is located in our Fort Myers, FL warehouse, and is just 20 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) if you want to fly in and see it. I welcome outside inspection services BEFORE YOU BUY OR BID. Mileage is listed on Florida title as EXEMPT due to model year.
