Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at our auction! We are selling our adult owned 1988 Iroc with only 50k (and change) original miles. We bought it to have some fun with but have decided to move in another direction. Stored in a heated garage and hardly driven. Very much still stock. never wrecked or rusty. and still wears the original gatorbacks with plenty of tread. The paint was refurbished due to the clear coat peeling. which was a common thing on most GM products of these years. Not a simple Maaco job either. This is a real deal 4k/ two stage paint job. not a scratch. dent or ding. It shines like a brand new penny in the noon-day sun. It has T-tops that do not leak. and have new seals to boot. Very awesome on summer days! Also has the sought after 350 engine that purrs and doesn't leak any fliuds. not a spot of anything in your driveway. That's a real plus because replacing a rear main seal on GM's of this vintage is costly. Has most of the bells and whistles for the Iroc package. power hatch/windows etc. but unfortunately. it does not have the coveted G92 rear end or power drivers seat. What's the problems with it you ask? Very little. everything from the engine to the AC works perfectly. so its mostly minor mechanical and in fact so minimal. that most items can be taken care of on a small budget to put this car back to immaculate condition and have a great cruiser and show worthy vehicle. Those items and needs are: Will need a front windshield seal. She pulls left on hard braking. Have been told it's the rubber brake line collapsing. The exhaust is after market. and missing the cat converter. Currently runs a straight pipe installed by previous owner. nbsp;but runs rich. and throws a check engine light. I'm sure this could be rectified easily. Wheels are peeling clear coat. As far as interior -it needs a headliner. and a top rail cap for passenger side door panel. This is an older car so there is some scale underside and the door weatherstrips could be replaced. I just want to be honest about it's needs. but you to be the judge. Browse the pictures. and if you live close by. come take a look. Has a clean carfax and the title. so it's ready for you to drive home today!!If you have any questions or would more detailed pictures. drop me a note and we'll be happy to help. As for the ebay mumbo-jumbo. you know the rules. Don't bid if you gotta ask the wife. or don't have the funds. A refundable $500 deposit is due after the auction in good faith. Please don't ask to end auction early. or want to trade me your lowrider. old rusty mustang. family truck (or worse the family pig) so. that's about it. good luck bidding!!saw that the auction said salvage title. my mistake. it has been changed. Title is free and clear. car has never been wrecked and has a clean carfax to prove.
