1991 Chevrolet Corvetter Convertible White w/low miles

1991 Chevrolet Corvette convertible with 55647 miles. White with red leather 6spd manual transmission. Current owner is certified master mechanic. I have completely gone through vehicle and everything works but the radio and windshield sprayers. radio head unit seems to be shorted out and I have seen factory replacement ones on ebay for $300. Windshield washer doesn't work because the pump broke off the tank I also have seen replacement ones on ebay for $75. New parts include rear tires, water pump, belt, belt tensioner, battery, ignition cylinder and wheels. vehicle was just professionally detailed and fluids changed. interior and exterior are in great condition the top is faded and rear window is faded but there are no water leaks! drivers door was painted at one time and looks good the rest of the paint is original and it really shines!
