1982 Chevrolet El Camino
You are viewing a very nice and solid El Camino that is an excellent and comfortable to drive. Owned for 30 years. The car was restored in 2000. A California car with 45,000 miles up until 2000. When the car was done the odometer was rolled back and shows 17K miles. The total miles on the car is 62K miles. Always garaged and looks like it was done just a few years ago.

Body/Paint: No rust body when the restoration started. All the body panels are original to the car. Taken down to bare metal with multiple coats of primer, blocked and painted 2001 GM gun metal gray metallic base clear with ghost flames under the clear. Original color was seafoam green. The body and paint is super nice and looks like it was just done.
Bed: In excellent condition and shows well with Tonneau cover.
Interior: The interior is part original with some updates. PS, PB, PW, PDL and AC that blows cold. Carpet and seat covers replaced. New dash pad. All gauges work with added tach. Door panels and headliner is original in very nice condition.
Running Gear: New GM crate Vortec Ram Jet (335 horse) was installed and bolted right in. A rebuilt 700R4 with electric overdrive was installed with shift kit. Manual switch under dash. Rear end is the stock 10 bolt with 356 gears, posi. The car runs and drives excellent.
Suspension: Stock with rear air shocks. All in good working order.
Bright work: All chrome and bright work is in very good condition and shows well. Bumpers rechromed, headlight bezels replaced with custom grille.
Glass: All in very nice condition. Tinted.
Exhaust: Ceramic coated headers with 2.5 inch pipes with Flow Master mufflers. Sound awesome.
Brakes: Restored stock power disc and drum brakes in good working order.
Wheels/Tires: BFG on Eagle chrome wheels. 215/60 15 front, 295/50 15 rear.
Summary: If you are seeking an 80's vintage El Camino that is done well, looks good, drives excellent with updated running gear this car is worthy of your consideration.
