NO RESERVE - Bid to win!
Offered for sale is my 1950 Chevrolet Fleetline Sedan Special. 59,700 original miles from new! When is the last time you saw one that was not a hot rod or a major project?Beautiful and rare Fleetline Special model with the cool fastback.Has a 216ci inline 6 with 3 speed manual transmission. Runs and drives very nicely, I've owned it two years and in that time I replaced the brake master cylinder, had the car tuned up and I rebuilt the column shifter mechanism for smoother shifting. The previous owner had just sent the carburetor to be rebuilt by a stovebolt Chevy expert shortly before I purchased it, so it starts very well. The result is a car that drives, shifts and stops as a 1950 Chevrolet should. The gauges and speedometer work as they should as do the headlights, tailights and horn. The interior dashlights do not currently work. A radio and speaker is included with the car, they were said to be working when I bought the car but I never installed them.

The body is very clean and solid, with an older repaint in what I believe to be the original color which overall presents well despite the fact it shows some wear (note the area of flat paint on passenger side rear quarter, I was told by previous owner this was done by the person who's garage he stored the car in to cover up some scratches he put in the car). As you can tell from the pictures the seats and headliner were also redone at some point prior to my ownership, I would guess around the time the car was painted. I've included a link below with 90+ detail pictures to give you the best possible idea of condition of the car. Overall I would call it a well kept driver with the imperfections you would expect from an older car which has been looked after but also used and enjoyed.Ready to be driven and enjoyed as-is but the tires are older and dry-rotted and should be replaced soon, was on my to-do list for this year but here we are. Any questions please let me know, I absolutely love this car, I will be sad to see it go.
I am selling the car AS-IS, with no warranty or returns, It's a 68 year old car, I am trying to represent the car as honestly and with as much transparency as possible, please look through pictures/ask questions before bidding, your bid represents your understanding of and agreement to these terms. I have a clear MA title in my name. Car is located in Brewster, Ma 02631. Must be picked up within two weeks of auction end. Offered with NO RESERVE, I'm serious about finding this Chevy a new home, please be serious if you're bidding on it. Thanks!
PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE UNDER 5 FEEDBACK CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING, I WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL BIDS OTHERWISE. THANKS
