1985 Chevrolet Impala BASE

FOR SALE: 1985 Chevrolet Impala, the last Impala of the 80's. In 1986 the Impala name was dissolved into the base Caprice.
Runs very strong but needs new ignition switch and battery to start. Very minimal rust for a midwestern car! Garage kept for most of its life. Original paint and the chrome is in excellent condition. Many new parts, and a very clean interior! No cracks on dash! Hard to find nowadays in this condition with such low mileage. This car will not disappoint!
The good:
Lots of new parts - New complete brake lines (Ni-Cop, will never rust), master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and prop valve. New stock exhaust including cat and Y-pipe, New springs and shocks all around, new tires (few thousand miles on them), new battery, new right exhaust manifold and air injection pipe (air pump needs a belt installed to be fully functioning), new A/C compressor (system fully charged and blows ice cold), complete tune up.
The Bad:
I am not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, but these are something that I think are wrong - "High" fan speed does not work (needs blower resistor), wrong wiper motor installed, needs to be replaced with non-intermittent motor. Transmission is leaking at the kickdown cable fitting, needs new seal. The car cannot be driven as a result because the trans fluid leaks out very quickly. Rear passenger body damage as pictured.
Clean title in hand. I don't really want to sell it, but I simply don't have the time to work on it. I have too many other projects. I can't stress enough how smooth and quiet the engine is. A few simple fixes and the car is up and running. I need it out of my parking lot, so this is a no reserve auction, highest bidder takes it!
